Change of Address
Meet with a BIC case worker for a 30-minute session to Change Your Address with US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and/or the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) Immigration Court. Bring documents that were given to you at the border. Offered monthly; please contact us for details; this is not an immigration consultation.
Non-Immigration Law
Seeking legal advice on non-immigration matters? Attend our Non-Immigration Law Clinic and meet with an experienced attorney from Campoli, Monteleone & Mozian P.C. to address your urgent legal concerns. Four 30-minute appointments are available the 2nd Tuesday of every month from 10am-12pm. To schedule an appointment, contact our office at 413-445-4881 or use the Appointment Request Form on this page.
Immigration Legal Clinic
Need help with an immigration matter? Meet with an immigration attorney for a free, confidential consultation. This monthly clinic, offered in partnership with Celedon Law, may be especially helpful for individuals with more complex immigration matters, including asylum and other humanitarian cases, immigration court matters, cases involving past immigration issues, and other immigration-related legal questions.
Immigration Legal Clinics are free and held in person at BIC the first Friday each month. Appointments are limited and eligibility may vary depending on the nature of the case. To schedule an appointment, please contact our office at 413-445-4881 or use our Appointment Request Form on this page.
BIC also offers presentations and workshops to local organizations, businesses, schools, and community groups by request.
Whether you would like to learn more about our services, understand your constitutionally protected rights during encounters with ICE, or arrange a custom presentation on a different topic related to immigration, we can help! To arrange a presentation, please contact Education Director Donovan Snyder: donovan@berkshireic.org.
