Berkshire Immigrant Center is dedicated to helping immigrants understand their options and pursue legal pathways where available, with affordable and trustworthy support. Whether you are looking to reunite with loved ones, prepare for citizenship, or understand your rights, we are here to guide you every step of the way.

Our services include:

  • Immigration legal consultations and eligibility assessments to help you explore available legal pathways and options.

  • Legal representation in eligible types of family-based immigration cases, including citizenship, green cards, petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, and more.

  • Referrals to licensed immigration attorneys and local service providers for court representation, housing, language support, and more.

  • Free citizenship test preparation classes offered in one-on-one or small group sessions to help you study U.S. history, civics, and English.

  • Presentations, trainings, and workshops on immigration topics like “Know Your Rights,” designed for community members, service providers, and organizations.

  • Non-immigration legal consultations on civil matters such as family law (divorce, custody), employment rights (wage disputes, workplace conditions), and more.

  • Translation services in Spanish for RMV-required documents, such as birth certificates and IDs.

  • Emergency financial assistance to help cover basic needs like rent, utilities, and groceries during times of crisis.
